Flowerstone Health Society supported the opening of the Flowerstone Family Health Clinic in Qualicum Beach in January 2022. It’s a Nurse Practitioner-led clinic and an Oceanside Primary Care Network clinic, today serving over 4,700 patients across our community.

The clinical team brings together nurse practitioners, a registered nurse, a pharmacist, a social worker, a respiratory therapist, and a group of medical office assistants who keep the whole thing running. We also host students completing their practicums, helping train the next generation of nurse practitioners. People feel known here. That’s the point.

The clinic continues to connect new patients through the Health Connect Registry every month, and the Society is actively exploring how to responsibly expand access to primary care, including the potential for additional clinic sites.
